It is working again. We repackaged it for you!
I came across this a while back, like literally years ago! I have recently discovered that it is getting harder and harder to find it if you don't know where to look. So what we did here is set up a couple of blogs with the name that somehow relates to "portable Halo" and we are giving it away free to download here.
Now what's cool about it, is that there is no need to install anything. Just download it. Open the zip, Extract the .exe to your desktop and double click it. BAM it will automatically run halo ce, Just like that!
Alot of people emailed me and were telling me about the chat not working. I got in and noticed that indeedly it was not working. However i have figured out a fix! simplly download the "msxmlenu" below and install it. All the chat problems will be fixed just like that!
